Attending The London Cobra Show is a motor-heads dream. Cruise around in a 2007 Hertz Ford Mustang GT-H with a powerful V8 engine and get some seat time in the Cobra Powersports, 2006 Ford GT, with 550 HP.

Cobra Powersports has been a sponsor of the London Cobra Show and its predecessor for the past 4 years. The scooters that Cobra Powersports has donated each year were used to raise money for charity. Here's a short video from last years London Cobra Show: click here. 

The London Cobra Show is filled with great cars, new friends and lots of fun.  Saturday afternoon, spectators watch the cars do burn outs in downtown London, Ohio while raising money for charity.  Each night is filled with great food and more great cars.

OFFICIAL RULES:

1. Eligibility:  This trade promotion is open only to the principal owners, or the managers and employees that the principal assigns to the entry(s), of Authorized TGB Dealers ("Dealership") in the United States of America. Must be legal resident of the 50 U.S. and D.C., 25-plus years as of 6/1/07. Dealership eligibility is subject to employer policies regarding sweepstakes participation. Employees of Cobra Scooters, LLC ("Cobra Powersports"), its sales representatives, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies of Cobra Scooters, LLC, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively, "Releasees"), and the immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

2. To Enter:  The Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("PT") on 11/1/06 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 2/11/07 ("Entry Period"). There are 2 ways to enter during the Entry Period: (1) Automatic Entry: An eligible and Authorized TGB Dealer in the U.S. automatically receives 1 entry for each TGB scooter or All Terrain Vehicle ("ATV") purchased during the Entry Period, that is not in default under the dealer agreement for that dealership or has not paid for the scooters and/or ATVs by good U.S. Funds or GE Floor Planning, and have taken delivery of the scooters and ATVs or the shipping has been scheduled by Cobra Powersports. Such entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the principle owner of the Dealership.  To enter without purchase or obligation: By Mail: print Dealership name, principal name, address, and day and eve. phone #s on a 3" x 5" card, and mail to: Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend, 3939 Royal Drive NW, Suite 139, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Must be postmarked by 2/1/2007 and received no later than 7 days thereafter. Enter as often as you wish; limit 1 entry per stamped envelope. No mechanical reproductions or other automated means of entry permitted. All entries become the property of Cobra Scooters, LLC ("Sponsor") and will not be returned.

3. Drawing:  You do not need to be present to win.  The two Grand Prizes will be awarded by drawing at the 2007 Powersports Expo, Indianapolis, IN, in the Cobra Powersports booth at 12:00 PM, noon.  Limit of 1 Grand Prize per Dealership or household.

4. Odds: Estimated odds of winning a Grand Prize: 1: 1,500; however, actual odds of winning any prize depends upon the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes:  2 Grand Prizes: A trip for 2 to the London Cobra Show in London, OH on June 21-25, 2007.   Trip consists of roundtrip air transportation (coach) for 2 from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's home to Columbus International Airport (Columbus, Ohio); hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for 5 days/4 nights; ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel to the Hertz rental location near the Columbus International Airport;  entry to the London Cobra Show; $250 Gift card; and $1,012 for the winner that may be used toward the payment of the use of a Hertz Rental Car and insurance (The Total Approximate Charges for renting the Hertz 2007 Ford Shelby GT-H is approx. $927 plus Liability Insurance Supplement $11.95 USD Per Day and Personal Accident Insurance / Personal Effects Coverage $5.50 USD Per Day. Total Approximate Charges Include: Tax, Concession Recovery Surcharge, Vehicle Licensing Cost Recovery, Garage recoupment surcharge.)  Approx. Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,210 each; however, actual value depends upon residence of winner and archrival city. Total ARV of all prizes: $6,420. Winner and his/her guest must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor and must travel together and on the same itinerary or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue. Should a Grand Prize winner live within a 100-mile radius of the archrival city, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Certain travel restrictions may apply. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for the payment of taxes on the prize and for any other expenses not specified. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice, at least 60 days prior to travel. Winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including travel insurance and all other forms of insurance that they may wish to obtain, at their own expense. Winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for renting the Hertz rental car which has already be reserved in the name of the Sponsor and obtaining all necessary documents, including rental car insurance and all other forms of insurance that they may wish to obtain, at their own expense.  If the London Cobra Show is cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever, balance of the prize will be awarded in full satisfaction of prize award and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. The London Cobra Show and the Hertz car rental is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the London Cobra Show and the Hertz Corporation. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Notification:  Potential winners will be notified by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, where legal, and a Publicity Release, all of which must be returned within 14 days from prize notification date. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, or if the prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their Dealership names, principle names, names, cities and states of residence and photographs/likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, winners must consent to such in writing. Winner's travel companion must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18 years or older), unless he/she is an immediate family member, and will be required to sign a Liability Release/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) prior to issuance of the travel documents. Parent or legal guardian of any minor travel companion must execute and return such release on behalf of minor.

7. Limitation of Liability:  By participating in the Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cobra Scooters, LLC and Releasees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions, and any liability of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from or arising from participation in the Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse (including any travel-related activity thereto) of any prize that may be awarded. Entrants or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians, agree that the laws of the state of Georgia will govern any and all disputes. Releasees are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries or postage-due entries or mail; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error. If in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently; to modify or suspend the Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend; or to terminate the Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend and, at Sponsor's discretion, conduct a random drawing to award the prizes for the Entry Period at issue using all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable Entry Period as of the termination date. As a condition of entering the Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend, participant, or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian, agrees that: a.) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall participant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures.

Ford Motor Company, Shelby, Hertz and London Cobra Show will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Cobra Powersports Dream Car Weekend or any prize awarded. The London Cobra Show, Hertz Corporation, Ford Motor Company and Shelby have not offered or sponsored this sweepstakes in any way.
