Year of TGB Scooter Sales
With 3 months remaining, the sales of TGB Scooters in 2006 have
already surpassed 2005 numbers.

-- Kennesaw, GA, November 1, 2006 -- Cobra Powersports
announced their 2006 third quarter sales results were higher
than the same period last year.
The companies sales for the
first 9-months of 2006 have already exceeded 2005 sales due
to the increased demand for its 49cc and 151cc TGB scooter
line.
"We had a great start in 2006
because we had the only 49cc 2-stroke 2006 EPA certified
scooter to sell and we increased our warranty to 2-years.
Consumers want the powerful 2-strokes and we were the only
company to have them available," said Bill Peirce, Cobra's
CEO. "Then the fuel prices went up and our sales went
through the roof because commuters were buying vehicles that
would save them money on gas. It took us several months to
catch up to the demand."
"Even though gasoline prices
have recently come down, consumers are still interested in
buying vehicles that can save money on fuel because many
expect fuel prices to go back up. This holiday we expect
consumers will be purchasing our scooters to fill this
need," added Mr. Peirce.
Cobra Powersports provides an
industry leading 2-year, Unlimited Miles Warranty for all
TGB scooters. All TGB scooters have 2007 EPA Certification,
including the powerful 2-stroke 49cc scooters with an MSRP
starting at $1,699.
Cobra Powersports expand its
distribution in 2006 to include over 200 dealers and expects
to add another 100 powersports dealers in 2007.
