Peirspeed is committed to providing excellent after service through swift warranty processing. Warranty claims can be mailed or faxed to Cobra Scooters LLC and will be processed within 30 days of receipt. A warranty registration card needs to be on file with Cobra Scooters LLC before a warranty claim can be processed unless the claim is due to shipping or crate damage and has not yet been sold. Warranty registration card must be received within 30 days of purchase.  Delivery and prep of all products must be done by an Authorized Peirspeed Dealer or all warranties are void.

Warranty starts from date of purchase by the consumer for all Peirspeed products. During the warranty coverage period, we will cover warranted parts and labor only as specified below. The dealer is required to get prior approval for any warranty work as well as order parts. After the warranty work has been completed, submit a warranty claim form for full reimbursement. All warranty credits will be issued to the dealer’s parts account.

We will not accept warranty claim forms that do not have warranty registration cards on file.

Peirspeed Scooter and Motorcycle Warranty:
The following parts are covered under warranty, along with their warranted period:

Mechanical Parts (Engine, Transmission, Drive Train, Carburetor)	First Year parts & labor, Second Year parts only, unlimited miles
Electrical Components/wiring	First Year parts & labor, Second Year parts only, unlimited miles
Battery (when purchased new with unit)	(1) Month, parts only, unlimited miles
Emission Control Equipment	As required by law

Note: If there is shipping damage to your unit, you must report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the unit in question. Dealer can submit a picture of the damaged parts, return them for replacement, or have the Outside Sales Rep. examine the damaged parts. Then fill out shipping a damage report for processing.

The warranty does not cover vehicles used for commercial use or rentals. The warranty does not cover consumable and normal wear items such as air filters, brake pads, tires, oil changes, or problems occurring due to lack of scheduled maintenance or consumer abuse. Modifications to this vehicle that are not Peirspeed or Cobra approved parts will void the warranty. Defective parts are subject to recall by Cobra Scooters LLC upon failure and are required to be held by the dealer for ninety days from the time of the initial repair date.

When warranty has been confirmed, Cobra Scooters LLC will pay shipping by FedEx Ground only.  Submit all warranty claims to:
